Training assessment by ExperQuiz

Main training assessment features

Survey design

  • Free creation of surveys by administrators or other authorized users. Unlimited number of survey forms

  • All types of fields: text, date, number, paragraph, inline selector, drop-down list, multiple selector, media, text, section

  • Various input controls: mandatory field, minimum length, maximum length, input format

  • Option of automatic conversion of the entry into numerical value allowing to weigh the various answers.

  • Positioning of fields in the form

  • Automatic support for NPS and specific score calculation

  • Notion of Section, bringing together different fields of the same theme. This will make it possible to present them in a coherent way, but also to aggregate the measurements collected on the fields integrated by the section

  • Fields and sections conditioned by typing on other fields. That is to say that certain fields of the form will only be presented according to the answers given to other fields. ExperQuiz allows to express the condition with logical operators AND / OR, and parenthesis levels allowing to combine several conditions

  • Special “objectives” and “trainers” fields, which will be repeated automatically for each of the training objectives, or for each of the trainers involved in the training

  • Personalization of the presentation of the survey form: layout, page background, logo, all possibilities of CSS style sheets

  • Submission of surveys by email or SMS

  • The recipient of a survey does not have to identify himself, he is known implicitly

  • Response to the survey available on mobile, tablet or computer

Cycles

  • Free definition of cycles. Cycles make it possible to program user solicitation scenarios, whether they are trainees, trainers or managers.

  • The cycles define the methods for sending the surveys: time elapsed in relation to the end of the training, number of reminders, interval between two reminders, period of validity of each invitation, exact time for sending the invitations, invitation by email or by SMS

  • Cycles can include surveys as well as knowledge assessments

  • The admin can define as many cycles as he wants without limitation

  • It is possible to assign a cycle depending on the characteristics of the training, for example a different cycle for inter or intra training, for face-to-face or remote training

  • Once the cycle has started, the sending of all invitations and associated reminders is completely automatic

Emailing

  • Sending requests by email or SMS

  • Reminder device configurable via cycles

  • Emails sent from your email address

  • Access to the log of emails sent by the platform by your organization

  • Access to the status of each email sent: sent, opened, clicked, in error, etc.

  • Personalization of emails and SMS sent

APIs and imports of training sessions

  • API for creating a training session, transmission of all the characteristics of the session from the TMS (or CRM / SRH / ERP) allowing the implementation of the evaluation

  • Large number of other APIs to drive ExperQuiz and collect data from all activities performed on the platform

  • Specific webhook-type APIs, automatically called by ExperQuiz at the end of a completed assessment or survey, so as to transmit the data synchronously to the client information system

  • Mass integration of training sessions by importing an Excel file. Automatic assessment process support for all imported sessions

  • Alerts issued in the event of an error on the APIs

Assessment of prior learning

The assessment of learning is one of the areas covered in an extremely comprehensive way by the ExperQuiz platform. So much so that we cannot list all of its characteristics here. Here's the gist:

  • 13 different types of questions, including soft-skills questions, and open-ended questions, the correction of which can be in part automated thanks to an integrated AI feature

  • Advanced options such as: time specific to each question, explanation, reminder of lessons attached to a question, score by question, score by answer, sequences of questions, essential questions, domain of attachment of the question, tags characterizing the question, …

  • Notion of fixed or dynamic questionnaires. Dynamic questionnaires proceed by random selection of questions within the database. The draw can be configured in terms of level of difficulty, or in terms of themes covered

  • Very many options for passing the questionnaire, covering all use cases: time control, time per question, time for the whole test, unlimited time, optional presentation of explanations after each question, presentation of all questions in one single page or question by question, random mix of questions, mix of answers

  • Scoring configuration: score per question, partial score, score per answer, pass threshold, certification, diploma delivery, etc.

  • Notion of consequences of evaluations allowing to build adaptive courses, allowing to submit, according to the multi-dimensional analysis of the result, either another questionnaire, a module, the passage in a group, the assignment of a badge, ...

  • Submission process, validation, correction of questions, integration of user feedback relating to questions

  • Creation of questions by importing Word files

  • Articulation of the tests with a structured skills management (skill blocks, skills, abilities), followed by the progressive validation of the skills

  • Various uses of questionnaires: submission of assessments or certifications, integration into e-learning modules, use as a training activity, open access to certain user groups, public links

The session report

  • Automatic generation of an evaluation report specific to each training session

  • Report available as Excel file and as PDF.

  • Report sent automatically to those responsible for the training activity and possibility of also sending it to the trainers

  • Configurable and customizable report: indicators to report, verbatim report, summary page and page specific to each of the surveys, formatting

  • Comparison of each indicator to a benchmark of similar formations

Alerts

  • Possibility of defining alert conditions, in the event of a negative assessment: alert threshold, relevant criteria, recipients

Awards

  • Specific page showing top rated, bottom rated, top rated and bottom rated trainers

Data export

  • Multi-criteria filtering (12 possible criteria) training sessions to include in the export
